You cancel in iOS Settings, not in the Leanos app. Open Settings on your phone, tap your Apple ID at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Leanos, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues through the rest of the billing period you already paid for.
If you started the 14-day free trial and cancel before day 15, you are not charged.
Subscription refunds go through Apple, not Leanos. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com and Apple's standard policy decides the outcome.
If your billing situation cannot be resolved through Apple, email support@leanos.me with the details and we'll look into it.
In the app, open Settings, then Data, then Delete all data. The action wipes your commitments, check-ins, photos, lifts, chat history, and profile. The app resets to its install state. There is no undo.
If you want your data deleted but cannot open the app, email support@leanos.me from the address tied to your iCloud account.
The Leanos coach calls Anthropic to generate chat replies. When you send a message, the message content is sent to Anthropic's servers, a reply is generated, and the reply comes back to your device. Onboarding asks you to consent before any message is sent. Photos are separate. They go to Anthropic only when you ask the coach to look at one, and the coach confirms the first time.
The message content is what's sent. No other personally identifiable information is added by us.
Most of your data stays on your phone in the app sandbox. Your commitments, photos, lifts, chat history, weight check-ins, and food logs are local to the device. When you're signed in to iCloud, they also sync to your own private iCloud, so they survive a new phone and stay in sync across your devices. They are never synced to our servers, and your private iCloud is your own account, not a company database.
Three external services see specific slices of data, all disclosed in the privacy policy. Anthropic sees the message content you type when you chat with the coach. Sentry sees diagnostic data on crashes, unlinked to you. PostHog sees anonymous device-level analytics events, unlinked to you.
